Player profile: Kevin Kisner

Kevin Kisner, American professional golfer currently playing on the PGA Tour, sat down with his former University of Georgia golf coach, Jim Douglas, to answer questions on golf, family, food, and everything in between.

  1. How do you relax?
  2. I go off the grid at home – no cell phone – just spend time with my family, hunting, fishing.
  3. Who would be in your dream golf foursome? Dad, George W. Bush, Son
  4. One word to describe each of your parents? Dad: Integrity, Mom: Coach
  5. Favorite color? Red
  6. What was your first concert? MC Hammer
  7. What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned professionally? Don’t get too high or low – move on from each shot mentally.
  8. If you could do-over one putt from your career, which would it be? 2015 Players Championship for the win on 18.
  9. Favorite item of clothing? Belts
  10. Trait you admire most in others? Punctuality
  11. Favorite food? Mac n Cheese
  12. What are you most proud of? My peers’ respect for me.
